How can I contact support?
You can reach our support team via the contact form on our website or by emailing us at support@youkeep.us.
How to pay for the service?
You can pay in cash or by card directly to the assistant after the service is provided. KEEP doesn’t collect the payments for services provided by the listed assistants.
How and when do I get paid?
You will receive the payment for your services directly from the client in cash or by card after completing the service. You may also accept any voluntary tips for good work. You are free to discuss any special payment terms with a client directly before the service is provided.
How is the pricing determined?
The prices you see in the profiles are set purely by the assistants. Every assistant is free to set the price for a certain service or a series of services as they deem fit. KEEP doesn’t collect any commissions over the stated prices.
What if I’m not satisfied with the service?
If the service does not meet your expectations, open a dispute from the order or email support@youkeep.us. Keep can review the order history, report or profile and take moderation action, but it does not process the payment and cannot automatically return the money.
